Research: Research on precision regulation and photoelectric properties of novel semiconducting nano-functional materials. Including: 1. Functionalization regulation of low-dimensional nanomaterials and physical mechanism of their photoelectric response; 2. Photogenerated carrier separation and transport dynamics in low-dimensional material-based optoelectronic detectors; 3. Interfacial charge transfer and reaction mechanisms in photoelectrochemical water splitting for hydrogen production.
